Hand tremors

Hi Buddies,

 

Before benzodiazepine withdrawal, I never had a hand tremor, my hands were perfectly still when holding then out (excluding when I starved myself, I had minor tremors then), anyway, now they are quite shaky and I always have at least a minor tremor. My question is, has this happened to you? If you are recovered, has your tremor gone away? Thankyou

Same here and it is normal. Very steady pre-benzo. Since jumping a year ago I have had shaky hands pretty often but it does seem to be getting ready.
