make a signature, I tried, but forgot my PW

  This is par for the course for me. I used to be an avid reader, but cant focus on words like i once did.  I can not count how many times I went to the kitchen only to get there, but forget why I went there.  I am also so easily distracted and never was before. is a signature important? I'll keep trying if it is, but right now it is a bit much for me.  God Bless.

Forgetfulness is not uncommon. Yes, a signature is important.  You should include the dates of use, the type of benzo and dose and any taper reductions. It is much easier for someone to give advice or share their experience if they know what you are going through.  Some members don't even respond to posts without one. Once created it will display under every post you write.  Here is a link that should help you.

I got really stuck because of the change profile button. How could I change it if I didn't have one already. So I went to profile, then forum profile, then typed in sig but was reluctant to hit that button. Once though I got brave and after my sig typing, hit change profile and poof. Lucky me. It worked. B
