Mornings Bad?

[An...]

Recommended Posts

I seem to have more SXS in the mornings and then by 3:00pm they start to ease up. Anxiety is reved up but then I feel cold then hot then cold then hot. I can't seem to get my body temperature regulated! I feel like I have a fever but I don't. Body fatigue/tiredness is pretty bad until 3:00 then everything seems to improve! Anyone else notice this pattern after a recent cut?

Short and simple. My mornings absolutely suck. My evenings are normally great...well as great as it gets. I think my battery charges all day giving me numerous sxs as it charges. After I'm charged I'm ok pretty much. Then another morning. Argh! I never, ever make morning appointments. Pretty common I think. It's irrelevant as to how well I sleep. Mornings simply suck. B

Ann,

I am the same way. The later in the day it gets, the better I feel. Sometimes don't even want to go to bed because I know it will be the same the next day. At least we have the afternoons to look forward to. You are not alone.

Yesm I hate mornings! I used to be a morning person before benzos. And now with the wd they really suck

I dont think the remeron helps for easier mornings either. Never feel fully awake until after noon

Morning sucks. I hate to wake up with this morning anxiety. But I need to go up as soon as I can. This Monday I woke up at 8 am, eat some breakfast and went to the gym. I was walk on the treadmill for 45 min and this day was a really good day.

I didn't get any morning anxiety at all. It has improved a little this week. I guess my good sleep helps a lot. But when I woke up at 3-4 am with lot of anxiety I had to go up. Stay in bed just made it worst. Like Barb says about charge a battery thru the day. I feel best after 2 pm. But a few nights I have felt anxiety when I go to bed. I try to ignore it. It is like a disturbing feeling of anxiety than full blown out.

I try to calm down when I go to bed. No TV or internet. No use of my mobile. Unless I do some guided meditation. Helps a lot!  Make my brain focus on other things and the guy who guide me thru his meditation has the most amazing hypnotic voice. You can find him on youtube. He has many kind of different meditations. I take a few times to learn to relax but this helped me very much when I had panic attacks and stress. His name is Joe Traecy. :)

I used to be worse earlier in the day and by evening I would feel much better. However, recently I have started feeling bad in the afternoons too and even the evenings. I cut my Valium this week and am very nearly on 7mg. I would really like to get back to the Times when I was okay in the late afternoon and evenings. Any advice? Thanks.
