Single or multiple doses

Hi I am at 7 mg at night, and having a lot of adrenaline rushes during the day, can I switch to one dose at night and once during the day? I think that would make me feel beter

You could give it a try and see if it helps. I'd space them by 12 hours.

Thank you sooo much SG 57. I will give it a try.  My Grandfather died (I was really close to him) was too much for me to handle and reinstated at 10 mg, after being off for a few years (I know, bad move.)

 

I am at 7 mg and going to divide the doses. Love and strength to all.  I beat this before and can beat it again.  I hate the adrenaline rushes.
