Benzo free- one year

Hi everyone, its my time to give back to all you wonderful people out there. I’m Scandinavian so please bear with me my misspelling and grammar. I am now 1-year benzo free and my life is so much better. The anxiety, the dizziness, and the pains and aches are now over. I still feel some fatigue from time to time but overall I feel healed. I used Benzes for over 4 years everyday and took 40 mg of Valium and 3-4 Ambien everyday. I mainly took Valium and Ambien for Insomnia. Last year, January 2016 I took a cold Turkey on benzo and then the hell started. No doctor would help me so a low taper plan was out of the question, needless to say I’ve got a bit of a doctor freight after this cause I thought that my benzo problems was my fault. I later got to know that it wasn’t so, cause I took Valium and Ambien as prescribed and was not informed by the doctor that you shouldn’t go cold turkey on such medicines. Anyway: I want to give a shootout to all people out there that struggles cause of the doctors ignorance and let them know that it gets better and the symptoms will eventually pass. I still struggle with insomnia and anxiety but I now use allergy medicine to sleep and I’ve taken up meditation. Mediation has worked a miracle for me, and I’ve now got control over my breathing. I found a really good you tube account I want to share with you: search for Jason Stephenson guided meditation on you tube. I can from the bottom of my heart tell you that his meditations has helped me a lot and maybe some of you would benefit from it too.  I’m sending light and love to all the people that struggle with benzo withdraw and I want to let you know that there is a light in the end of this tunnel, please don’t give up cause it will eventually fade. All my love. <3
