Is my fear of going down and jumping holding me back?

It has dawned on me that my biggest fear right now is how I will feel after I jump. It's still a ways away, but I find myself fearing what will happen once I get there.

I feel like this could be holding me back. I know some people feel better and better as they go down. What if this could be me?

Does anyone else share these fears?

Hey linnie, -i cant see why, if ur taper is right, that u dont just float on down and gently step off... after all, -thats the whole point of a taper...

i strongly beleive in taper by sx... hold a bit, reduce cut size if needed.. or as some do, get off quick, as the meds are making them sick...

Listen to ur body, beware of mind tricks, and float on down like an angel!!!

Best wishes...
