Anyone else at 6.5V?

Wanted to know if anyone else is a 6.5v and trying to taper? How's it going? I've tried Dry cutting 1mg at a time...nope can't tolerate! Tried dry cutting .05mgV four days ago....nope to many SXS!! (Not as bad as the 1mg jump though) I'm going to switch over to a liquid titration and hope this helps!!

I'm not currently on your dose but I do remember how I felt when I was on it, I definitely had many symptoms, it wasn't pleasant at all, I hope liquid titration works better for you

Maybe the w/d caught up on you? I saw in your sign that you had done IMO a quick tapering sometimes.Only 5 days between cuts...My body would not handle that...

I cant taper that quick. Valium has very long half life, nordiazepam can take up to 200 hours.  For me my w/d peak really hard around day 14 and last for about 6-8 days.

The best way for me is to cut only one time every month and hold 30 days.

 

It could be to much also. I can't cut 10 % anymore and I am down to 8 mg. Last cut was .75 mg and I hold over a month. Less sxs, not so intense.

I did try to do cuts 10 days, 14 days, 3 weeks between.Not good at all. But 30 days was nice. My body felt really good this time. Maybe you need to cut less % now?

How do you manage to cut so often? Dont you get really bad sxs? I cant cut more than 1 time every month 😣..

When I cut in Dec. I thought I could handle the cuts because going from 9 to 8 wasn't that bad then I went from 8 to 7.5 then four days later to 7 BIG mistake the SXS were horrible!!! So I stayed at 7 until Jan 11 then decided I would try .5mg cut and 2 days later I started to feel the SXS again! I obviously can't tolerate 1mg cuts or even .5mg cuts!! I have 2mg pills and tried cutting those into 8 pieces but they seem to just crumble! I am going to try liquid titration next. My doctor won't prescribe liquid V so I'm going to have to try the dilution technique!

I have horrible sxs, it's pure hell atm, I thought doing 0.5 cuts every 2 weeks would be better but not at all, especially now that I'm down to 5.5mg of Valium, I'm gonna hold for a while...

Although some of my SXS aren't as bad as the last cut I still am non functional right now!

I'm always worried It will take months to recover because this stuff is so unpredictable!!

I hold 5 weeks after my last cut. I needed that my body was not ready at all. Hold for a while, get stable. I know about cutting those tiny pills  I had tried to cut my  2 mgs into .25 mg. It is not possible. I would start liquid after my holiday and then cut 1 mg/42 days. We don't have liquid in Sweden so I have to do it by myself.
