Is This From Benzo or B6?

I'm not sure if all these symptoms are from c/t Klonopin or from B6 toxicity.

Does anyone have burning skin so bad on arms and chest you have to put ice packs on? I also can't lay down or have anything touch my skin it will burn it worse. It also feels like I have carpal tunnel. Sharp pricky needle pains shoot up both arms.

I also have a burnt mouth, tongue and lip feeling.

It sounds like benzo withdrawal to me. The burning sensation you describe is not uncommon with a CT withdrawal. It looks like you recently have done two reinstatement and then stopped without any kind of taper. Because of something called kindling subsequent withdrawals are often worse than the previous one, and sometimes much worse. You are now on your third withdrawal. Right now you are likely in the acute phase of withdrawal. This is when symptoms are their very worst an can be severe when benzos are stopped suddenly. This phase typically lasts about 4 to 6 weeks with some noticeable relief felt after.  I personally would not reinstate again, ever.

If you have any questions about B6 you will want to post on the supplement/alternative therapy board.

Avoid B vitamines, bad

Do you have any base to this accusation or it just doesn't fit to you?

Im taking B-Complex, B3 and B12 daily and haven't seen any bad effects from them..
