What cold and cough medicine can I take?

Hey All,

 

Two months benzo free and I'm sick with a cold. The cold medecine I used to take was the regular old sudafed that you would get from behind the pharmacy counter, but I'm hesitant to take that because I believe it has a stimulant in it. Does anyone know what cold and cough medicines can be taken safely and which don't  exacerbate withdrawal symptoms?

I would stay away from anything with alcohol in it like Nyquil.  I take Alka-Seltzer Plus Nighttime when I'm feeling bad.
