My questions have probably been asked a thousand times! Maybe even I've asked them before Ha!

Reassurance helps me out tremendously so Thank YOU in advance!!!

1. How long after your cut did you feel your SXS?

2. How long did it take to recover from your cuts?

My symptoms appear 3 to 5 days after and last anywhere between 5 and 14 days max. I take hydroxizine for sleep and anxiety as well as 300mg gabapentin. Hang in there!

I've been at this a little while, I am on Xanax which has a much shorter half life, so for me it usually starts the next day and ends 4-10 days later. I find that this seems to be a non linear process. If you are stressed in any way, even little changes such as sleep , changes in diet, change in times you take your meds etc... can change how your body is feeling.

If you need reassurance however, I find that even when I have bad days, there's a good day just around the corner. That good day may be the next day, or it may be a few days out. you kinda just gotta roll with the punches. It's hard sometimes because when we are in those waves, we feel like crap and we get scared about the future. Still happens to me every time, but I do know that there are better days ahead.

Good luck
