Still feel very disconnected to people and my surrounded very much. It does get better and then worse and better. This cycle has been with me for many months. Strange things is no body notice anything wrong with me. I am hoping this symptom will pass soon. Anyone still experience this?

I felt completely disconnected from myself and everyone else for a long time due to dp/dr. Recently (at 13 months) I have started to regain the connections to my family and some of my friends, the ones that hung in there for me, not the ones who went away. So I think anyone who feels this way should know that is one symptom that does get better with time. I hope you get reconnected with everyone permanently soon.

I am currently struggling with this symtpom. I have a hard time conversing with people due to the anxiety. It's so annoying.

I took ashwaghanda one day a few months back and all my anxiety went away....my depression lifted instantly. It was like the clouds were lifting....so weird. I went to lunch with my cousin and talked with her for hours. Very little anxiety...insane. Due to this experience I've realized that anxiety drives my depression/dp/dr and even muscle pain.

The problem with the ashwaghanda is that it interupted my sleep. On a day that I really need a window, I take a half and have an amazing day. This herb doesn't always work for everyone, obviously...but it certainly does for me.

Our connection to people will improve as the anxiety minimizes. We'll get there....be strong. I've seen the light on my regular window days as well as windows induced by ashwaghanda.
