How long is this wave going to last?

If you look at my SIG. The Last time I cut on Dec. 11 my SXS didn't show up until Dec. 21 (10 days later) I started to feel better and recover around DEC. 28 and held until Jan.11. Then I cut again on Jan 11 (7mgV to 6.5mgV) my SXS started coming back on Jan 13 (only 2 days later) today (Jan.14) they seem to be getting worse!

I'm so confused...how come last time I didn't feel the effects until 10 days after cut and now it only took 2 days? I hope this wave isn't going to last longer because my SXS started sooner! Anyone have this happen? When do your SXS usually peak after a cut and then subside?

I'm sure if this helps but my sxs hit hard the first and second day and then start to ease off. That's the good news. I once felt no sxs until I think day 8 and like you they lasted quite awhile. So to me the sooner I feel sxs the better. We're all different but this is normally how it is for me. B

I find that this is in no way a linear process. If there is any stress in your life, sxs can creep in regardless of when you made a cut.Sleep disruptions can affect it as well. Also cuts can be cumulative and the body can experience sxs basically waves and windows for a long time even if you are off the drug. So its not necessarily from your latest cut. I find that if I'm not feeling good, I don't cut. Once I am okay for a few weeks, I cut again.

Good luck

Thanks for the help!

I was feeling pretty good for a couple weeks  So I felt ready to cut!  After I cut .5mgV on Jan 11

On Jan 12 some similar SXS I had with the previous cut started to creep in. It seems like it starts with agitation/anger then it graduates to stomach issues which last 24 hours and then the depression/anxiety skin crawling set in! I am super sensitive to noise so I have to wear ear plugs!

I did have a couple stressful days on the 11th and 12th but I dealt with them just fine and then last night the fatigue/anxietyand skin crawling hit and today it's at a high!

I am going to try a liquid titration next. I obviously can't handle 1mg or .5mg cuts.

My last cut I up dosed to 8mg for a day then 7.5 for the next day then settled at 7mg on the Dec 28 and recovered enough to get back to normal everyday life! Until I cut .5mg on Jan.11!!

Knock on wood I'm doing ok with .5 cuts. I'm actually doing better now as I go lower. But if I'm in trouble I'll opt for liquid as well. It doesn't thrill me but still I wouldn't hesitate to go that route if or when I run into trouble. To me we need to give ourselves a break and make this as easy as possible. I used to play a lot of sports actually up until about 15 years ago. Then even recreational fun. But if a coach had the no pain, no gain mentality I'd find someone else or do things myself. That's a theory that IMO leads to some unnecessary suffering. Or permanent injuries. B

For me my waves really come and go. And some days they last for days (during my peak it could be a week). But instead I got windows for weeks too. This last cut made me really confused. I got a really early w/d never happen before and it is hang in there still on day 9...I have my peak now. I guess this will be the longest way but not the hardest it is more like small waves hit me over and over.
