Is there a way to tell the difference?

I have felt like crap for the last three days. Sometimes we can get just sick from a virus or something related but for me it's hard to know if it's from my PAWS or I just happened to come down with something... I have a headache and feel like I have a terrible hangover. I haven't been drinking so it can't be that. And I'm having the worst friggen chest pains. That's new.

 

And I'm back with the Klonopin rages. Some poor guy bought an item I'm selling on eBay and by mistake gave me the wrong address then asked me to cancel the order after it shipped. I went right into a rage. Ended up having to apologize.

When I got off Klonopin for a little while the rages and ruminating went away but I tapered to quickly and went back on .75MGs daily. Now at .625MGs. The rages started when I was switched from Xanax to Klonopin. I don't like the person I am on this shit.

I've never dealt with rage but the chest pains, and yes feeling like crap I hear ya loud and clear. But you just cut 3 days ago. All sounds familiar. I did a cut technically 2 days ago and yesterday and today I'm trying to get moving and I'm walking but my fingers are so stiff I had to pry them open both mornings. It's extremely painful. So I'm trying to tidy the bedroom but will stop when I'm done the bathroom. I'm dropping absolutely everything. It's hard to post. I'm frustrated, I felt hurt by another post so I'm sad, somewhat disillusioned I guess, and well cranky. If I was at all prone to rage I'd have a tantrum right now. Instead I clean...well that's debatable so sort of. So 3 days past a cut I think that's your answer. Breathe, walk it off. Or clean. B

PAWS starts after a person are done with benzo taper. Are you still on benzo?

 

I guess what you feel is w/d symptoms. This mood swings are very common. I used to feel a lot of anger. Rage to. But it passed. 

Read here about PAWS. It is not everybody that get PAWS. I  have read that CT or to quick taper often put people into this syndrome. Ashton writes about PAWS in her manual.

Thank you. A doctor tried to taper me off of 8MGs daily of Klonopin in 12 days about a year ago. I think I fall into the PAWS category.
