Ankle soreness

Today I woke up with my anxiety through the roof and my ankle is sore. Hurts to touch it and when I walk it stings.

 

 

I don't remember hitting it or injuring it in anyway but it's definitely sore.

 

A wacky withdrawal symptom?!

I got that before withdrawal. Last week I woke up with my good knee hurting. I blamed it on the cat

I think anything is possible with this poison. It affects our CNS we have nerves in every system of our body.  Every day on top of my constant sxs new sxs come and go....aches, burning, tremors, twitch, sweats and a host of other crap happens.  For me, my anxiety flares when I have a window; and let me preface that they are very - very short and few and far between and then I get stupid and start thinking it's finally turning around, then bam I get punched in the face.
