I'm so trying.

I'm so far out

I fight every day

I am on other meds I can't get off and when i try I get worse

I have lost who I am

I can't do for my family

I want but I don't want to die

I don't see a light

Your posting for help was very poignant. I think we all have felt "lost" - perhaps that's why benzos felt so good. But you wrote which means you are asking for help which means you are NOT LOST.

I am only 7 weeks off my xanax ( for the third time) but this is the time I understand the feelings and physical symptoms so much more and understand that so much of what drove me back to xanax was fear. I thought I couldn't stand another night of anxiety or without sleep but I am.

 

Hope you have someone there to talk to and many people here who reach out in support. Get thru each second, each minute, each hour, each day knowing the body, spirit and brain is healing.

I am sorry you are suffering.  I am right there with you in this misery and desperation. I agree that it is good that you posted. Keep holding on.

Im sorry for your suffering. I'm 8 months off and feel the same.  We have to  find  strength to push it through. Don't ever give ev up, you stronger than withrawl. Try to pray and meditation can help too. Go for a walk anything what give you pleasure.
