Strange Sleeping Situation

I changed the way I dose my V.  Initially I was taking the bulk of the dose at bedtime and sleeping badly. 

 

Lately I have spaced the doses out across the day and taken only 2.0 mg at night and I sleep better. 

 

Has anyone observed this.  The 2.0 mg seems just enough to doze me without causing me a hangover effect a couple of hours later that had been waking me up in terror.

I take only 2 mg at bed although I take Remeron as well but that isn't doing it's job very well anymore. If I take more than 2 mg at bed I barely sleep at all. I can even take 1.5 at bed and sleep ok with that too. It's the reason I dose 4X a day. More midday and definitely less at bed. It seems very odd but anything more than 2 mg at bed and I don't sleep. Hi, i went from am to pm a few days ago, not sleeping at night, but perhaps a bit more awake in day too... prob too early to say much for me, feel a bit twisted..

perhaps i should split like alot do... perhaps i should just do my cut tomorrow and stop worrying...

-then i may sleep better...
