I haven't been on benzos, however I have been on Citalopram. I quit cold turkey August 2015 from 40mg and have been suffering with a horrible set of anxiety and dizziness symptoms that I long searched an answer for.

 

I came across a thread on here that I'm very interested to get posting on, as I can't find an anti-depressant equivalent. I hope you don't mind!

It's not a requirement to have been on a benzodiazepine to be a member of the forum.  You may also want to have a look at survivingantidepressants.org if you haven't found that particular site yet.
