Valium Titration: Anyone good with the math?

Recommended Posts

I'd like to start a liquid titration with V. I jumped from 2.5 on 1/1 to 1.42~ dry cuts of a 10 mg V pill. Getting a lower mg pill isn't an option unfortunately. It's been quite a hassle dry cutting and doesn't seem very accurate/consistent because I'm getting crumbling. I've been holding at 1.42~ up to now and it's been uncomfortable. I'm pretty sure I cut kind of rapidly considering my symptoms are pretty strong still after 12 days. To be honest I went up to 2 mg twice over this period.

My plan is to dissolve 10 mg V in 100 mL PG/water

I'm not so good with the math and want to know if this is the correct calculation:

After dissolving 10 mg V in 100 mL, does 10 mL liquid = 1mg, 15 mL = 1.5 mg, 20 mL = 2 mg and so on?

Also, can someone tell me what this ratio is considered to be?

Math isn't my strong point - especially during wd.

Yes, that's right. 10mg in 100ml means you have 1mg per 10ml of liquid. So for example to measure out 1.42mg you'd measure 14.2ml of liquid.
