Words of hope

I am the same person who posted on this forum yesterday fed up, angry, scared and frustrated that I would not feel like myself again but I just have to say that last night I experienced an amazing window and it has continued over till today. I feel wonderful and maybe by body is evening out since my cut last week but truly I have not felt this good since before initially starting klonopin two and a half years ago.

 

Last night and this morning I felt more me than I have in two and a half years, I felt emotions more deeply, listened to songs and music and wept with joy over the lyrics, and looked at my fiance with more love and emotional depth than I have since beginning this poisonous medication. It is so encouraging and beautiful, I truly believe that once we all get off of this stuff that our best life and best days are ahead.

 

So I am looking to the future, getting excited and I am full of hope. Well wish to everybody out there currently feeling as bad as I was yesterday.

That's terrific news and I totally understand what you're saying. I too am starting to actually feel stuff again and consider it a clear indication that I'm definitely healing. I'm not without  my bad moments just yet but they get less and less. If I could shake the agoraphobia I'd be in seventh heaven. But I'm assured that this will also get better. So I'm enjoying the good and accepting the bad. Makes it easier. Great post. B

I am so glad you are feeling better as well, and I believe these window will get better and longer until that is all we feel.
