Week 16, and hit hard

I'm now in day 3 of some bad days. Sunday I had waves of different symptoms all day lasting 45-60 min for the whole day. Sunday night I felt great, almost 9 hours and woke up with a quiet mind. Monday I had more cycling of waves, this time only 15-30 min each. I thought maybe I'm close to done with this and was expecting even less today. Really choppy sleep last night and some negative thoughts / dreams.

How wrong could I be, hit with a wave or two waves that have lasted the entire day and been as bad as I can remember. I keep hearing about month 3 / 4  being bad for a lot of people, and until now I thought I thought month 4 was going really well with big improvements and feeling close to 100% baseline. I guess I might be hitting that 4th month crap now. Seems I always hit a nasty wave that lasts about a week in the last week of a month (week 7/8, week 11/12).

Though my baseline feels really good now and had some nice windows I feel like it's been getting harder this month. Hoping I turn the big corner soon  :(

Feeling pretty down, need some encouragement please...

It's not a linear process. Two steps forward, one back. Windows, then waves. One symptom goes, another comes. Mind gets clear, then stays clear. Some things fade away permanently, others are constant lurking irritations.

Hang in there. We are all on the right side of benzos: off.

I am grateful for moments of freedom without the pain, and grateful that I can live despite it.

I know, this is hard. Been a hard day for me too.

That's weird, I've had a worse week at the end of each month too!

I have found that each one is followed by an improvement though, more consecutive good days. The bad week is trending towards being 'less bad' too at 6 or 7 months off.

Hope yours follows the same pattern. :)

Thanks guys. Around 7pm everything went away and I felt 100% amazing for a few hours then went to bed. I had worse sleep than usual but things have improved for sure. Hoping for a better day..
