Well I been Supposidly Sleeping with Pamelor But 3 months now off My Ativan and Still I am having very broken and Still Very Poor Quality Sleeps, Sleep or not I figured by Now 3 months out the Quality should have Improved but its not......also I been having the past few nights these stupid annying consistant dreams, like Id wake up doze back off and something esle would happen, wake up again and repeat....its annoying and keeps me up.....don't know whats going on with me anymore
