Having severe dystonic seizure reactions... Med turned paradoxical on me..... No professional to trust doctor said to just stop it?  I want to do this but know not advised... He is not benzo wise!!!!!

 

Can't get thru to bat aid.....been trying very hard......VERY SEVERE!!!!!!  Please advise! Please!!!!

Otherwise, try sensory trick. Stimulate the muscles or the nearby muscles by touching them.  Try to stop the panic, stress makes it worse.

Maybe try calling your doctor but in the meantime if you can try to breathe. Slowly. It's sounds like you're really panicking and if you can settle down, reassure yourself you're not going to collapse in any way you might feel better. If not I'd maybe go to the ER but that would be my last resort. B

If you are having seizure-type issues, you need to call your doctor back or go to the ER.  Online support isn't adequate for this and is beyond anyone's scope on this forum.

It sounds like you're having a panic attack, these can feel very severe and one can feel like they're dying.  I've had many panic attacks in tha past. However, panic attacks are not going to kill you or even hurt you. 

 

That said, if you really feel you're seriously ill in some way, it would be best to see a doctor or go to urgent care.  As an on line forum, all we can do here is talk/write to you from a distance, but it sounds like you may need in-person help.  Please get it if that is the case.

I hope you're feeling better as well. It sounded to me like horrible panic but it wouldn't have hurt to get checked out. Yes, what is this bat aid? Others have mentioned it but assumed it's some sort of benzo addiction help program. Keep us posted though. Lots of people here care about you. B

Bat aid is an organization in the UK that offers support for people going thru benzo withdrawal....

 

The day I posted was severely bad .... It was a combination of monthly cycle ramping sxs, severe adrenaline dystonic reactions of face and body and uncontrollable shaking and tremoring...and akasthesia.... Of legs and thruout the whole inside of my body

 

It was as if there was not one calming chemical in my body... And it would not stop....

My akasthesia is horrible and makes all of this that more unbearable... It is pure hell on earth...

 

I am still struggling but have gotten some direction

I missed this post. The reaction you describe here is exactly what I've been going thru since this Tuesday.

So glad to see that your feeling a little better.

My hubby took me to the ER on Tuesday evening since I collapsed at home. Thought I was going to die.

Everything was fine. Ekg, bloodworks  BP,  lungs and so 9n.

I was just so stressed out of all the panic attacks and adrenaline. The benzo wd get us exhausted.

Me2.... I'm so sorry you have something similar... Yes it is exhausting and you feel like your body is going to give out.... I'm praying for change...thank you for sharing your experience with me as it makes me feel so less alone... I would never wish this on anyone.... I've been in a constant hell...
