Advice about Benzo withdrawl

So in the last week I have gone from 1.25 mg to 1 mg under doctor supervision and everything is relatively tolerable except for one which is crushing all encompassing fatigue.

 

Has anybody suffered this same symptom at all of withdrawl? I am a bit hypochondriacal and always worry well maybe it's something unrelated to the benzo with drawl but I just don't know. I am not depressed just really exhausted, I am taking vitamins and I eat very healthy I just want this fatigue to go away

I feel exactly the same way. I find myself sleeping 9 hours a night and then needing a couple hour nap during the day. I guess you could say we are the lucky ones. This beats insomnia any day. Good luck with your taper!

Whenever I cut I sleep way too much. I could easily sleep more. I do not think my sleep is thorough and therefore I am exhausted. When I level out, I feel more rested on less.

I slept all day today. Kind of surprised me or actually more like caught me off guard. My body just needed to sleep and yes this is common. B

thanks so much, I alternate between anxiety and exhaustion. I think I stress myself out about withdrawal more than necessary and I make the anxiety worse. It's a vicious cycle

Yes, total fatigue... just sitting is often too much, a few goes to get through a movie, and walking on jelly legs, -every step counts...

If not for this and my stomach/digestive issues, -i would be so happy...
