Are your symptoms changing with body position?

Seems late in the game to ask this question, but does anyone else feel terrible sitting up, even more so on standing... but,  flat on my back everything calms down if I don't move.

Anyone?

Yep! Especially during the first few days. But even now, over a week post my last dose, sitting up for too long or standing, my head starts to spin. It's really frustrating.

You probably have some form of dysautonomia, likely POTS. It will get better.

Whoa! Am I having this symptom because of my POTS? Before I started on Benzos, mine was completely under control for the first time in 5 years! Wow, I hate these drugs

What is POTS? I hear that tossed around alot. Also-cottonbrain, im curious as to where you got your profile pic?

POTS = Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome.

Yeah, I feel this way too. My right side is severely affected and I fall over and tip to my right side when I sit and stand up. I am also extremely weak and lethargic so the mere effort of sitting and standing makes me feel very sick indeed at the moment. I also think I have some degree of POTS, specially around period time, but then again I have always had problems with that. When I do sit/stand I make sure to do it very, very slowly and always make sure I've got something to grab onto. If I am having a bad episode, e.g period time, I sometimes see dark spots in my vision and sway on my feet. I've almost blacked out on several occasions.
