Help urgently pls. I think I missed 20mgs valium off todays dose but im not sure

I'm currently daily titrating and have come down from 75mg a day to 57mg a day, but my routine was upset today and I might have missed taking 20mg.

I would rather not take extra as I am unsure if I missed the dose or not.

 

Could someone tell me what will happen if I have taken 37mg instead of 57mg today please? Will I feel really bad a few days down the road?

I am already a nervous wreck due to other problems. Can someone tell me if anything bad is likely to happen?

I am also on hrt daily progesterone, which effectively increases the dose.

EDIT, I ended up taking another 20mg as I read a one off updose doesnt do any harm, but  I made the same error 5 days ago, so, does that mean my tolerance is right back up again, I have a long lag time, it takes 17 days for symptoms to hit.

By taking the extra 2 pills, together with the error of five days ago, could I have upped my tolerance?

Always take any dose when in doubt.  Never risk skipping d dose.  A one-off (even "twice-off") updose will never cause a problem, but a skipped dose can cause big problems.

When in doubt about a dose which now rarely happens because I write themdown ahead then check them off right when I take them I always take a suspected missed dose. Because I do notice it but a few updoses cause me no problem now and again. B
