titration plan help! Need Help!

To All,

 

I am currently at .094 xanax/day.  I will be getting the liquid for dilution.  I'd like to achieve a smoother reduction.

 

The liquid is 1ml = 1mg.  Would it be difficult to dilute this concentrate enough?  I plan to make a good sized batch every week or two and plan to pull what I need to drink each day, keeping and working off this bottle.  Are the droppers graded enough to make things pretty easy?  I am concerned about messing this up.  I've had a math phobia since High School.

 

Is the best method to reduce a little each day and arrive at a certain percent each month?  I understand that some only reduce for a set number of days and then hold for a period.  I haven't decided how to best approach this.  I suppose I could hold if things started getting bad(?).

 

Should I just determine a set time period to be off (which can change if things go south) and figure out daily dose reductions that will get me there?  For instance, I'm thinking it reasonable to be off in 100 days.  How would I calculate the daily doses?  And would these be doses that are easily pulled using the graded droppers available?  I assume some sort of graded beaker is used to add the water?

Ok.  I've done what I should have done and read some of the threads and got some info.

 

Here is what I need:  Best syringes and beaker to buy?  A plan to go from .094 to 0.0 in 100 days.  I'd like to use a dilution amt of liquid that would be make it fairly easy to see on the dropper the correct amount (ie larger amt rather than smaller) when I'm pulling what I would drink each day.  THANKS for any help!
