There's a buddie here named Seeking Sanity who started a meetup group in Vancouver, she might have some ideas for you.

 

I lived up in Calgary but moved about an hour and a half south of the city. It'd sure be nice to know others in the area for support and friendship.

I live in Calgary I just joined today .

I am sorry what you are going through . What happened when you made the switch to Diazapam ??  I was thinking of making a switch myself currently on Ativan .
