Help with titration rates.

I started my liquid titration one week ago. Am using a spreadsheet with two rules. 1. keep daily drop below 1% and 2. keep 2 week drop below 10% . does anyone have any advice for me? I'm not sure if I'm going too fast or too slow.

Well, at the upper limits, those would be pretty aggressive taper. " daily drop below 1% " would allow almost 30% a month, and  "2 week drop below 10%"  would allow almost 20% a month.

 

20% a month would probably be the upper limit of what most folks would recommend.  Why not start around 7%/2 weeks (15%/month) and see how that works.  You can always adjust up or down based on your results.
