I have had this symptom too.

Just last night I had tortilla soup for dinner.

Shortly thereafter I experienced soreness and pain in my abdomen.

The pain would move around and felt like muscle pain.

This triggered severe panic and my mind instantly jumped to colon or pancreatic cancer.

This pain resolved on it's own after a few hours to be replaced by a bunch of other horrible symptoms ( yesterday was a bad wave).

I am sorry you are suffering. :-[

I had stomach problems before this nightmare started and it is 10 times worse. My doctor recommended taking like a quarter teaspoon of baking soda. It tastes terrible so I always wash it down with some water. I was amazed at how well it actually works. I don't if it wud help you or not but try it next time.

I never take a teaspoon of it because of the way it tastes and the doctor told me like a quarter of a teaspoon but it is not going to hurt you. If a quarter teaspoon helps a whole one may help more. I'm going on my own experience, I told one lady that and she tried and told me it helped her too. I know how hard it is to deal with all these symptoms. I feel like I want to die sometimes.

I have similar pain and wonder if withdrawal is driving it and/or it's aggravating pre-existing GI issues as well.  Perhaps with benzos being powerful muscle relaxers, our diaphrams are spasming and tightening in response along with all our other muscles.  It is extremely painful-hope it goes away for all of us.
