Haven't taken anything in 73 days. Major symptoms so far are as follows

 

Dizzy (not falling down but it's driving me crazy)

Headaches

Sweaty palms.

 

I find myself waking up every morning and asking god to stop these issues anyone else having problems with this kind of stuff. It's fucking annoying. Still cannot sleep. I have to take sleeping aids in order to go to bed. Please help.

I know how hard this thing is to do, it breaks us down in so many ways. It seems impossible to go on but that is the only choice we have. I hope you start to feel some relief soon.

I have these problems. I have bad dizziness and headaches , and panic attacks daily. I do notice improvement within a day. small, better and worse. but it will get better!
