Weird head symtoms

Hi ,  I'm almost 8 months out and still  have very bad headache. Is feles like millio bugs moving under my scalp and is very painful. Trying everything but nothing is helpin. Zaps are gone but this painfull scalp sensation dos not want to go away. There are some day a little better but most day is very bad. I'm over all getting better but the head symtoms not. Still very bad inner vibration and some anxiety, but that is getting better too. Worry is a bad nerve demage in my scalp and never going to get better.

Anybody out there have or had some similar symptoms and get better?
