34 days off

I am 34 days off... still hurts. But I am doing it. I most likely picked a horrible time to jump, we moved across the country, my marriage is broken, {been that way long time} but none the less I jumped. 15 years ago, started on 3 mg, over the years I have dropped down due to a dr's incompetence, {many trips to ER} and ended up at 1 mg about 3 years ago. Over that time I have worked my way down to .5 mg. I was a painful process to do it. Finally I started breaking that in half. After a bit, I broke that in half. Then, 34 days ago, I stopped all together. I was lucky enough to not have major w/d most of the time, unless it was a cold turkey drop. I am sleeping okay, although I take other things to aid in that. I have a dr who I love and is super supportive in me going off. I will wein off the other things I take once I feel ready. I felt that this was the worst of all of them.

My post is to hopefully encourage others that they can do this, but also a question?? I have some w/d, but have heard of post w/d coming some time later, long after jumping...any experience with this and when did they hit?

I am so scared because at times I want to go back but feel I have fought so hard, put in so many days...

Good job. Some people have trouble down the road, some don't . Nothing you can't handle. Try not to worry about the future. Some day you are going to look in the mirror and say to yourself. Damn, did that all really happen to me?
