I am down to less than 1mg of V but crashed hard after kindling

Is it useful to still go slow even though the damage I feel it especially in my chest

Pls help

Severe nerve issues and wondering if fast/slow what worked for u.

Everyone says slow but ?!

Also anyone here w underling immune issues that still did ok?

I am scared other things are playing Into this as I struggled w health before but was fully functional

Thank you

Before I got an education about this stuff, I stopped taking Xanax CT. After 3 days I thought I was going to die! I reinstated and then did a slower taper. It wasn't slow enough, I later found out. I tapered over a month and a half. I don't know if things would have been better if I would have tapered over a 6 month period or not. From what I have read, it appears that there is no clear right answer. CT is not recommended and now I know why! One thing I will tell you. I am glad that I got off it when I did and wish I hadn't got on it in the first place.

Dont get impatient, i pushed through the last mg fast and jumped at 0.5. Dropped me like a sack of potatos and the next 9 months was horrendous.  Hang in there mate the idea is to stay functional. Its a marathon not a sprint

I'm with Lockie.  Go slow.  Severe symptoms are an indication you are be tapering faster than your body can handle.  Try not to fall into the thinking that jumping while severely symptomatic will result in an easier post recovery phase.  You want to try and step off these drugs, not jump.

Thank you

I am already on other meds bc sx literally felt life threatening and I don't exaggerate

My doctor was screaming at me that I needed to take gabapentin. My pain level was like end stage life type of pain. I don't understand why.

So I am going to do .10 and hold for a month ish.

I got emotional about something yesterday bc I realize I bottle everything up bc I feel I need to keep my Cns very very still. Live and learn

Thanks 💜
