Valium, morning or evening??

Hi guys,

Am wondering if now i have found my starting point and stabalised somewhat, if it would b better to take the once a day valium in the evening?

I seem to metabolise very fast and was taking in morning to ease the nasty sxs...

now i feel mainly groggy most of day, and much more energetic in the evening and night...

Thoughts and experiences would b great, and would i slowly retard my dose, or split n swap, or???

As crazy as it sounds, to just hold off for 12hrs would put me real close to w/d's starting, -unless i wait till right before my next drop... - so much for a long half life for me!!! -was same for opiates, iv, sr, trans-dermal, and other meds... -if freely available in my blood, i get rid of it...

Which begs the question, -will it b unlikley that i can stay on a single daily dose, as i get to smaller doses? Or would it just work better splitting my doses up, as i had to with other meds in hospital?

Sorry its a few questions... best guesses will b fine...

I need to dose 4X a day, smaller amounts. Wasn't supposed to get interdose w/d on Valium. Ya right. Get sick after dosing then a bit settled then anxious and dose again. But I know I can't tolerate even 2 doses a day. Some do well though. With your stomach pains it's possible it might be gas from the gabapentin. Doesn't bother me but it can bother some. It's the Valium that throws my stomach into a nightmare at times. I take something called Eno but it's not sold in the states. It's simply sodium bicarbonate and citric acid. Fizzy. If you can find alka seltzer without aspirin it's very similar. I found something in the states similar called something like becucci or something weird. Only could find at Walgreens. Need not to take too much though or look out. Diarrhea like crazy. But no I need to dose a lot. I'm dreading trying 3X. Would absolutely love to try once a day but it would be bad. But if you can do it that's terrific. B

Gabapentin is fine, just bombs me out now, whereas it didnt before...

No gass to speak of, yoghurt caused a bit...

Our best guess, is nerve damage from the accident, the surgon that lead ny pelvic reco stated "how could there not be"... - then the damage n destruction from opiates, and now benzos hindering things...

The pricalopride is really helping now... -i want to try aloe juice too..?

so im thinking i need to sort a few little things out, -like when is best, and how to take the valium, -then settle in... so much to learn...
