At 6 months out stil have freezing hands and feet , severe freezing is this stil normal

I froze almost all of the time in my withdrawal, especially at six months.

 

The freezing went away, and now I'm warm!

I used to have that symptom a lot, even when I was on Kpin. Fortunately that has been gone for about a year or more now. Definitely no fun!

I have had it since day one of recovery and its worse during a wave. If it gets to bad i fill my tub with hot ass water and stand in it till they warm up.

I've been off all benzos for a little over 24 months.  Compared to last year, I'm doing much, much better.  I've still got some more healing to do, but I'm slowing getting better.
