It's me again asking for reassurance...

I still am unsure of this w/d.. I recognize waves as cogfog, DP/DR, fears, deep depression, irritations and all that; but I just can't put my finger around this rumination, intrusive thoughs, feeling dull and empty, constant need for reassurance, feelings of loneliness, switching in intrests, concentration problems, forgetting (almost everything I think of, I forget almost the same second), indecisiveness (it's also impossible for me to make anything I decide actually stick), feeling not myself, changes in moods, feeling like im not capable of doing anything, self-accusations (Im doing everything wrong), loss of identity (not really knowing who I am)..

 

Are these really symptoms or is this something else. I worry about that damn BPD all the time since I fill the symptoms of that and it scares me so much to have it as it feels like a death sentence to me. As I said, I dont have any other physical symptoms except palpations, and those have been fading quite alot lately.

Alesii it certainly sounds like withdrwal and of course the break up you have just had. Did you have any of these symptoms before taking benzos, drugs? If not then it wd and the break up. Its a lot to deal with at the same time so you are bound to be all over the place just now.
