Hey Buddies...

 

Just finished Christmas...

 

In Christmas I had a brake - I stayed at 10,02 mg. without taping.

 

Normally I tap 0.08mg pr day (diazapam)

 

So the other day I started taping again - I just went from 10.02mg to 9.22mg

 

Do you think thats dangerous ? - I know the reaction will come with in 3-5 days, maybe even more.

 

I december I forgot 2 doses (2x 5 mg diazapam) in 1 week - meaning I had a panic atack and heavy withdrawal syndroms.

 

So can I stick to the plan - or should I move my dose up a little ?
