Ugh! It sucks and during the night I keep waking up because I can't breath. Worst than sleep apnea and adds up to benzo withdrawal hell :(

I found BreathRight strips worked well at night.

 

Look into a sinus rinse.  Lots of info on the web.  Stay away from the OTC meds.  If you keep your nasal passages rinsed you will have far less problems.

Maybe try sleeping on your side. I had to start sleeping on the couch so I could at least have something on one side to maybe keep me from rolling onto back, though I still do.

After about a year or two on Klonopin my sinuses became constantly inflamed and for the last 4-5 years it has been a real problem, but finally now at 16 months in WD they are just starting to improve. It all comes back in time, don't lose hope.
