Stop and think. You're here now so it is sustainable but you need some further help. It's there. It's here. Don't do anything you'll regret. But it's not clear what you mean! B

I apologize I did not make this clear... And I could understand why this could be misinterpreted as self - harm ...that's not what I meant..... I was having severe dystonic reactions and tremors all over my face and body at that moment and 100 other sxs with severe physical pain and I just couldn't take it..... Its just really really relentless at times .and yes it's that bad... Feeling over drugged 24/7 doesn't help either..because you can't think clearly ..

 

Especially when posting.....with all this chaos going on.. Its like your own body is

Torturing you

 

I have to refrain from making statements out of frustration that are not clear and can be misconstrued when it reaches this level..... Please accept my apologies for this.... Its just my brain not being coherent enough to use the proper wording to convey my emotions and despair in that moment...especially when your being bombarded with sxs... Its  sooooo Relentless and feels like a hell that just won't stop and fear of permanency ..constant crying and despair...i feel maimed and disfigured inside and out.... .......my life has been dramatically altered...

 

and there the downward spiral starts  :'(

 

You've all been wonderful kind and supportive and you all keep me going...

I'm truly sorry for such an alarming post ...

Well that's good news but yes statements like that are easily misunderstood. It seems impossible to deal with these sxs a lot of the time but many others have had them (myself included) and know that given time they do pass. It's really hard to believe those words though when you're going through it. Nothing seems to help so you need to keep reaching out and do your best to just believe this will get better over time. Time for most of us is the best healer but unfortunately it goes so slowly when we're at our worst. But in the end it helps. As does sleep if you can manage that. And breathe. Breathing deeply and slowly can really help. Sounds simple but you need to actually practice it. At least I did. Distractions if possible. Posting here. Trying to find someone compassionate to be with you. You sound extremely frightened but right now fear is the enemy. If possible acceptance of these sxs helps. Let them run their course and know it's part of the healing process. So thinking of you and hope you continue to post. You'll have a lot of good support here. That's always been a lifeline for me. Knowing people here do understand and for the most part are totally non judgmental. Nothing is seen as trivial if a person believes there in trouble. B

Please I've been where you are many times. I can't say I've had the physical issues. But my mental have been so bad that I've almost checked myself into a psych ward a number of times. It does get better. I'm 6 months off and things are easing off.
