Since my asthma attack I now do not have any improvments in my recovery. It is getting worst!!!!I felt 5 days little bit easier but very less and now again in such a wave that is worst then acute?I am not sleeping, I am 24 hours under adrenalin, I have such a neck pain that I have such a migraines that nothing helps (no medicals) DP/DR is never worst, sever anxiety and depression, crazy brain fog that I sometimes have no clue am I dreaming or am I alive? And I always felt better in evening. Now I feel than the worst. How this can be after 5 months out?I am scared. :(

I have found being on the steroid doesnt bother me it is the taper down to lower doses as steroid withdrawl is pretty brutal. In many ways similar to benzo anxiety depression extreme stomach pains nauseau and general inflammation.

Thanks Recovery;  I seem to face the same with omeprazole;  I'm okay with taking it, but if i miss a dose or try to cut down, it bites me (and not just stomach acid, it seems to affect sleep, gut, hands, burning skin)...

I was the worst at 5 months out - worse than acute. Slow progress since then
