Dry mouth

Anyone with this symptom? IT drives me nuts, Also because I know IT affects the teeth😬

I have dry mouth and now in my 15 month still have it.

 

You could try an OTC called Biotene.  However, Biotene has Xylitol in it and some people don't do well with it and I am one of them.  If you decide to try it don't swallow it just rinse. 

 

Try drinking about 4oz of filtered water every half hour.  4oz is about a mouthful for most people and easy to do.

I notice it gets worse when my adrenaline is rushing
