Use of Valium temporarily during clonazepam W/D

I think that replacing a benzo with another benzo is not going to be advantageous overall. You might get some temporary symptom relief, but add to the difficulties in the long run.

Maybe updose a bit on your regular benzo and hold for a bit to stabilize? Then continue tapering more slowly.

Thank you! I wound up taking extra clonodine to help with anxiety and BP and it seems to have passed. I do need to take it slower and allow some hold time. I think it caught up to me.

Take rescue and extra dose is not good. I took a Xanax once and I have Valium. I thought a short half life pill wouldn't destroy my taper. Big mistake. I got a really bad longer w/d.

Mix benzo is never good during taper. I had take zolpidem too end up in the same way. Better to updose from your meds, as solitudseeker says...
