Etizolam taper

HI guys

 

Ive been using Depas/ Etizolam for just under six years. I was prescribed it for anxiety and sleep issues.

 

I take 0.5mg twice a day.

 

I tried to start tapering off last week by cutting my dose in half, and since have had terrible muscle and pain all over my back, shoulders and neck.

 

Today I went back up to 0.75mg a day as this pain is getting me down.

 

I now Im only on a small dosage, but would i still get tapering symptoms?

 

Megan said that a 50% taper is too much.

 

Its I on two 0.5mg a day what kind of schedule should i look at doing?
