Need help today ! Bad mental wave symptoms !

[Me...]

Recommended Posts

I'm having a horrible day today. My waves of mental symptoms are hitting hard and I'm feeling super tired. Bad dp/dr, depression, and exhausted. Is this from having food poisoning/stomach flu two days ago ? I was sick and vomiting for like 7 hours and the day after I couldn't move because dp/dr was so bad. Did the vomiting flare up my symptoms. Please help friends!!! :-[

Hi, it looks like you've only been off benzos a month, which means you're still in acute withdrawal.  At this phase, almost anything unusual can cause symptoms to uptick.  Certainly being sick can do it.  But remember, it's temporary, and will go away in time.  Time is the healer.

Sorry megan, I never updated my signature. I am almost at 3 months off xanax from a rush taper. Does that change much ?

No, it's still early in the process.
