Heart pounding question.

I'll be laying on my stomach and my heart will pound in the

Abdominal region for a few minutes and stop for a few minutes then

Will restart for a awhile.

This will continue on and off for sometime then stop for hours to days

 

Does anyone else have this?

Does anyone else have this 10 plus months out?

I see in your signature line that you are on HRT... I want to assume that is hormone replacement therapy?

I know that our bodies are all over the place during healing from BENZOS. Hormones without exception I would say. I get this sometimes too and want to maybe have your hormone levels re-evaluted if you haven't recently. Also maybe anxiety due to tapering other meds too?

I have experienced something similar ( I think) a lot actually,

 

Its like a palpitation but you can see it in your stomach. It will actually have a pulse.

 

If it's like that I have had that off and on for quite some time.
