Food sensitivity

Does anyone have any sensitivity to certain foods? I know we’re told to stay away from too much caffeine, sugar, salt, alcohol etc. I’m interested in the foods not on the usual foods to avoid lists.

It seems that I’m down to just whole, all natural chicken.

 

Or, are there foods that seem to help?

From what I read I stay away from gluten, MSG, soy, any processed foods.

 

I stick to lean antibiotic free meat and fish(no tuna-mercury) a lot of greens and beans, olives, mushrooms.  I take Norwegian cod liver oil daily. When I stray from this I get sluggish and the fatigue escalates as does joint pain.
