Question to Scale Users

Hey guys. I am presently at .147g am and .227 g pm. How do I figure that in milligrams? I went online and it doesn't make sense to me. Maybe I shouldn't worry about mg. if I am using a scale. Do you find this method easy for you? This is my first time using it. Sometimes the numbers jump back and forth alot and I try to get it as close as possible. I would love to hear some positive feedback!

Hey guys. I am presently at .147g am and .75 g pm. How do I figure that in milligrams? I went online and it doesn't make sense to me. Maybe I shouldn't worry about mg. if I am using a scale. Multiply by 1000 (just move the decimal 3 places to the right)

.147 grams X 1000 = 147 milligrams

.75 grams X 1000 = 75 milligrams

Are you asking about the relationship between the weight, and the strength of the tablet?  If so, there is no "direct" conversion, you need to do it with percentages.

For example. if your 2mg tablet weight .147 grams (147mg), then only 1.4 percent of the tablet is actually benzo.  (2/147=1.4%)  So if part of a tablet weighs .75 grams (75mg) then that part contains 1.02mg of benzo.

.75/.147=51%

51% X 2mg= 1.02mg

I do use a scale to dry cut klonopin. Yes, the numbers jump around a lot but I just do my best--for now, this is working for me and allowed me to get down from 1 mg from May to about .44 now.

I am trying to drop by 3 percent a week (I have held for holidays and now have the flu, so again holding). I take my total pill weight for .5 mg (which my .5s weigh about .174 on my scale), then multiply .174 times .03 to get how much I should reduce by, which for me is .005 each cut.

Hopefully, this is correct! This is what has worked for me.
