Can zoloft W/D develop 6 months out? or is it just Kpin W/D

When I was 16 I started taking zoloft. I was on it for 2 years up to a dose of 200mg. I tapered that with no problems. A few years later, I had a 3 month zoloft run this year from March through May then Tapered over June. I went through discontinuation syndrome for about 4 weeks then felt so much better. I had little to no sxs after the month of August (maybe some depression, could have been caused by the Kpin). 2 months later I tapered the small dose of Kpin (as per my sig) and went through an awful W/D. Its been a little over 2 months now since my last tapered dose and I just got hit with a nasty wave of depression after a 10 day window.

 

Is there any way an AD PAWS is playing a part in this?

 

I'm afraid ADs caused me permanent depression. Just that thought is making me have suicidal thoughts. I felt ok for over a week and now I'm a mess. Please help
