Although I'm very appreciative of the few ok hours I had today

I'm right back to square one this evening.

 

This is so hard. 

I wish I had a shoulder to cry on rightnow

 

My family doesn't understand

I don't feel like my family understand either. I got up this morning trying to go to a couple of stores because I feel like I'm starting to get on my husband's nerves. I got out there, and I was so dizzy, I felt so crazy, I was experiencing dp/dr and I was so afraid. It was so overwhelming,  I pulled over and just cried. I had a pretty good day yesterday and it was great, I just knew I would feel better today, but I 'm back to anxiety, dp\dr, feeling faint, weak, and the list goes on. Even though all of this is going on, I'm still looking for healing for us all, and we are getting there, I just know we are.

If there is any glimmer at all, no matter how frequent/infrequent, you can be certain that healing is taking place  :thumbsup:
