Have started a support group in South Africa. Lady is only on .05 Rivotril and has tried to cut down. She cut the tablet in half but is experiencing much anxiety. She was anxious even before she cut. She is afraid of doctors after a very bad experience. Can anyone advise if there is anything safe she could try for anxiety as she cuts down. Is she doing the right cut? Please help as my experience was very different and she seems to be struggling a lot after a small dose. Thank you
